ఇగ్నోలో ఇక ఆన్‌లైన్ అడ్మిషన్లు

విద్యార్థులకు మరింత సౌకర్యవంతంగా ఉండేందుకు గాను ఇందిరాగాంధీ జాతీయ సార్వత్రిక విశ్వవిద్యాలయం(ఇగ్నో) ఆన్‌లైన్ అడ్మిషన్ వ్యవస్థ(ఓఏఎస్)ను ప్రారంభించింది. ఈ ఆన్‌లైన్ వ్యవస్థను గురువారం ఇగ్నో తాత్కాలిక ఉప కులపతి ప్రొఫెసర్ నాగేశ్వర్ రావు ప్రారంభించారు. అనంతరం ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ.. ఇగ్నోలో వివిధ కోర్సుల్లో చేరాలనుకునే అభ్యర్థులు ఈ వ్యవస్థ ద్వారా ఇక ఆన్‌లైన్‌లోనూ దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చన్నారు. ఇగ్నోలోని 148 కోర్సులకు జూలై 2015 అడ్మిషన్ సెషన్‌లో ప్రవేశాలకు ఈ వ్యవస్థ అందుబాటులో ఉంటుందన్నారు. ఇగ్నో వెబ్‌సైట్ (www.ignou.ac.in) ద్వారా ఆన్‌లైన్ ప్రవేశాలు పొందవచ్చని, పీజీ కోర్సులకు జూన్ 15 ఆఖరు తేదీ అని, ఆలస్య రుసుముతో జూన్ 30 వరకూ గడువుందని తెలిపారు.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లోని లక్షలాది మంది డీఎస్సీ అభ్యర్థుల ఎదురుచూపులు ఫలించబోతున్నాయి. డీఎస్సీ-2014 ప్రకటనను ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం గురువారం జారీచేయబోతుంది. సచివాలయంలో ఉదయం 11 గంటలకు అధికారికంగా ప్రకటించనున్నట్లు ఏపీ మానవ వనరుల అభివృద్ధి శాఖ మంత్రి గంటా శ్రీనివాసరావు 'ఈనాడు'కు వెల్లడించారు. డీఎస్సీని ఇకపై...ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ టీచర్‌ ఎలిజిబులిటీ టెస్ట్‌-కమ్‌-టీచర్‌ రిక్రూట్‌మెంట్‌ టెస్ట్‌ ( టెట్‌- కమ్‌- టీఆర్టీ)గా వ్యవహరించబోతున్నామని పేర్కొన్నారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు ఆమోదం మేరకు, మంత్రి గంటా ఆదేశాలను అనుసరించి మాధ్యమిక విద్యా శాఖ ముఖ్య కార్యదర్శి అధర్‌సిన్హా డీఎస్సీ-2014 అర్హతలపై బుధవారం రాత్రే మార్గదర్శకాలు విడుదల చేశారు. తొలుత నిర్ణయించిన ప్రకారం 10,500 వరకు ఉపాధ్యాయ పోస్టులను భర్తీచేయాలని నిర్ణయించారు. ప్రాథమిక సమాచారం ప్రకారం...9061 ఉపాధ్యాయ పోస్టుల భర్తీకి ప్రకటన జారీ కాబోతోంది.ఇందులో సెకండరీ గ్రేడ్‌ టీచర్‌ (ఎస్‌జీటీ) పోస్టులు 6244, స్కూల్‌ అసిస్టెంట్‌ పోస్టులు 1849, ఇతర పోస్టులు ఉన్నాయి. కోతపడినవన్నీ ఎస్జీటీ పోస్టులే. ట్రైబల్‌, మున్సిపల్‌ శాఖకు చెందిన 1280 టీచర్‌ పోస్టుల భర్తీపై స్పష్టత రావాల్సి ఉంది. సెప్టెంబరు 5వ తేదీనే ఈ డీఎస్సీ జారీ చేయాల్సి ఉండగా...బీఎడ్‌ అభ్యర్థులకు ఎస్జీటీ పోస్టులకు అర్హత కల్పించే విషయమై కేంద్రంతో సంప్రదింపులు జరపాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు ఆదేశించడంతో మంత్రి గంటా కేంద్రంతో సంప్రదింపులు జరిపారు. పశ్చిమబెంగాల్‌ ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి కూడా బీఎడ్‌ వారికి ఎస్జీటీ పోస్టులకు అవకాశాన్ని కల్పించాలని విజ్ఞప్తులు వచ్చినప్పటికీ... సుప్రీంకోర్టు ఆదేశాలు, కేంద్ర మార్గదర్శకాల దృష్ట్యా ఏమీ చేయలేకపోయినట్లు కేంద్ర మానవ వనరుల శాఖ ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వానికి సూచనప్రాయంగా తెలియజేసింది. నెలలు గడిచినా ప్రకటన రాక అభ్యర్థుల్లో ఆందోళన అలముకోవడంతో రాష్ట్రప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటన జారీకి సిద్ధమైంది.

   There are 134 Army Public Schools(APS)  located in various Cantonments and Military Stations across India.  These schools are administered and managed by local Army authorities under the technical control of Army Welfare Education Society(AWES).  These schools are all affiliated to CBSE.  A List  of these schools is placed at Appendix A.

There are approximately 7000 teachers on the rolls of  these schools. Out of that, approximately 2000 get turned over every year due to various reasons

డీఎస్సీ నియామకాలు చేపట్టేదాకా పాఠశాలల్లో చదువులకు ఇబ్బంది కలగకుండా ఉండటానికిగాను విద్యా వాలంటీర్ల మాదిరిగా అర్హులైన వారిని బోధకులుగా నియమించాలని తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం యోచిస్తోంది. వీరిని విద్యా బోధకులు (అకడమిక్‌ ఇన్‌స్ట్రక్టర్స్‌) అని పిలుస్తారు. సుమారు 5 నుంచి 10 వేల దాకా ఈ సంఖ్య ఉండొచ్చని ప్రాథమిక అంచనా! పూర్తి సమాచారం వచ్చాక ఈ సంఖ్య నిర్ధారణ అవుతుంది. వీరికి చెల్లించే వేతనాలకు సంబంధించిన బడ్జెట్‌ అవకాశాలను కూడా పరిశీలిస్తున్నారు. ఈ విషయమై పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖలో కసరత్తు ఆరంభమైంది. వారం పది రోజుల్లో ఖాళీల సంఖ్య తేలి, కసరత్తు ఓ కొలిక్కి వస్తుందని సమాచారం. అంతా సవ్యంగా సాగితే.. పదిరోజుల్లో ప్రతిపాదనలు ప్రభుత్వానికి అందే అవకాశాలున్నాయి.తెలంగాణలో ఎన్ని ఉపాధ్యాయ ఖాళీలున్నాయనే దానిపై ఇంతదాకా కచ్చితమైన లెక్కలు లేవు. అన్ని జిల్లాల అధికారుల నుంచి దీనికి సంబంధించిన వివరాలు సేకరిస్తున్నారు. అంతేకాక డిప్యూటీ ఈవో, ఎంఈవో, జేఎల్‌, డైట్‌ కాలేజీ లెక్చరర్ల పదోన్నతుల వ్యవహారం కూడా తేలితే మొత్తం టీచర్ల ఖాళీల సంఖ్యపై స్పష్టత వస్తుంది. ఈ లెక్కలన్నింటినీ తేల్చి ఏడాది లోగా డీఎస్సీ నిర్వహిస్తామని రాష్ట్ర విద్యాశాఖ మంత్రి జగదీశ్‌ రెడ్డి ఇప్పటికే స్పష్టం చేశారు. అయితే విద్యాహక్కు చట్టం ప్రకారం ఖాళీలుంచకూడదు. అందుకోసమని మధ్యేమార్గంగా నిరుడు అవిభాజ్య రాష్ట్రంలో కూడా దాదాపు పదివేలమందిని విద్యాబోధకులుగా నియమించి వారికి నెలకు 6 వేల రూపాయల వేతనం చెల్లించారు. ఈసారి కూడా తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలో బడ్జెట్‌ కేటాయింపులకున్న అవకాశాల్ని పరిశీలించి బోధకులను నియమించాలని యోచిస్తున్నారు. ప్రభుత్వానికి ప్రతిపాదనలు సమర్పించాక, నియామక నిబంధనల్ని కూడా రూపొందిస్తారు. ప్రాథమిక నుంచి ఉన్నత పాఠశాల దాకా అర్హులైన వారిని నియమిస్తారు.రాష్ట్రంలోని వివిధ పాఠశాలల్లో తాత్కాలిక బోధకులుగా ఆర్ట్‌, క్రాఫ్ట్‌, వ్యాయామ ఉపాధ్యాయుల నియమాకాలకు సంబంధించి తలెత్తిన ప్రతిష్ఠంభన కూడా వారం రోజుల్లో తేల్చేయటానికి అధికారులు కసరత్తు చేస్తున్నారు. ఈ తాత్కాలిక పోస్టుల నియామకాలు కొద్దిరోజుల కిందట ఆగిపోయాయి. సర్వశిక్ష అభియాన్‌ కింద తాత్కాలిక పద్ధతిలో వీరి నియామాకాలకు సంబంధించి ప్రకటన రావటం.. కొద్దిరోజుల కిందటిదాకా ఎంపికలు కూడా జరిగాయి. 12వ తేదీ నుంచి వీరిని విధుల్లోకి తీసుకోవాలంటూ జారీ చేసిన ఆదేశాలను ఉన్నట్టుండి ఆపేశారు. నిరుడు ఆయా పోస్టుల్లో కొనసాగిన ఉపాధ్యాయుల సర్దుబాటులో తలెత్తిన సమస్యలు జటిలమవటంతో ఈ పరిస్థితి తలెత్తినట్లు సమాచారం. నిబంధనల ప్రకారం 6 నుంచి 8 తరగతుల్లో 100కు మించి విద్యార్థులున్న పాఠశాలల్లో మాత్రమే ఈ పోస్టులను నియమించాలని నిర్దేశించారు. ఆ ప్రకారం చూసినప్పుడు ఈసారి కొన్ని స్కూళ్లలో 100 విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య కొన్నింట తగ్గగా కొన్నింట పెరిగింది. దీంతో పోస్టులుండే స్కూళ్లు మారిపోయాయి. మొత్తం మీద తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రం మొత్తంలో 1400 తాత్కాలిక పోస్టులుండగా.. ఈ ఏడాది 1077 మందిని తిరిగి తీసుకున్నారు. మిగిలిన సుమారు 300 మందిని సర్దుబాటు చేయటానికున్న అవకాశాల్ని పరిశీలిస్తున్నట్లు తెలిసింది.

IISc invites applications for admission to BS programme

The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore has invited applications online up to April 30 for admission to its regular four-year Bachelor of Science (BS) programme. Those who have passed Plus Two/equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and secured 60 per cent marks in aggregate or those who appear the qualifying examination in 2014 are eligible to apply.
